CADTech Help Desk

Due to the ongoing HVAC project in Gannett, we are temporarily located on the third floor of the Booth Building in 7B-3500 for the duration of the Summer. We will respond to tickets filed outside of our posted hours as quickly as we can during business hours.


CADTech Helpdesk hours for Summer 2026 semester:


  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED

Computer labs on the first floor of Booth and the first, second, and third floor of Gannett will be closed for the HVAC project as well. The following labs will be open this Summmer, check schedule.cad.rit.edu for availability.

Please note: CADTech Helpdesk is focused on support requests impacting the CAD computer labs, CAD-provided services, and CAD-managed hardware and software.


For issues with MyCourses, SIS, your RIT email account, department accounts, payroll, procurement, etc, you will need to file a ticket with the RSC at https://help.rit.edu or visit their in-person support located in the USC.
