CAD OPTIONS:
LOCATION OF LAB-BASED PRINTERS:
CAD offers black and white toner-based printing for students for free as long as it isn’t abused (only print what you actually need, don’t print out entire textbooks!!) You can find the location of the black and white laser printers at the link below.

COLOR PRINTING AT THE CAD HELPDESK
Most open CAD computer labs also have a print queue named GAN1263 Hold Queue that will send prints to the CAD Helpdesk, located in 7B-1263. This gives you an option if the lab you are working in doesn’t have a printer, or if there is a problem with the printer and you are in a bind. This printer is accessible during open Helpdesk hours and can print color on etter (8.5x11”) and tabloid (11”x17”) size paper.
Due to the cost of supplies, color printing is more managed than the free black and white toner-based printers that are deployed around the labs.
OPEN LAB
Located in 7B-1212, the computer lab has a color Xerox printer that can print letter-sized (8.5”x11”) paper. It is open 24-7 and free for CAD-matriculated students to use.
COLOR INKJET IN THE K-LABS
The K-Labs – 7B-4060 and 7B-4090 – offer sit down ink jet printing for pay. Students must bring their own paper.
ISL - IMAGING SYSTEMS LAB
Available on the third floor of Gannett in room 7B-3090, ISL offers walkup and drop off digital inkjet, wide format, and laser printing
You can learn all about their options via this brochure.
