INPUTS
The primary input is to the Teacher Station (Indicated by Teacher on the panel)
The HDMI cable is for use with laptops and peripheral
PLEASE do not disconnect the cables or the splitter from the back of the Teacher Station iMac!
TO START SHARING SCREENS
Screenshot of the Crestron Control Panel.
The TVs, room webcams, and room audio are all controlled via the Crestron touch panel.
All room audio is based off of the Presenter Front Right Display (closest to the green couch).
Video source however can be selected for each TV via the touch panel options shown above.
TV SOURCE OPTIONS:
Share Teacher – Mirrors the Teacher iMac
Share HDMI – Mirrors devices (typically Laptops) connected via the HDMI cable at the Teacher station
Share Air Media – Will allow users to connect from their own device via air connection. Directions to connect will pop up on the available screen.
All options are controlled from the Crestron Panel on a display by display basis.
All connections will reset to default after shutting down the system.
TO SHARE TEACHER SCREEN
Log in to the Teacher Station iMac
Tap Share Teacher for all displays you'd like to mirror.
To end sharing, tap Stop Sharing Teacher for that display. (same button, it changes contextually)
TO SHARE HDMI
Connect your laptop or other device to the HDMI cable at the Teacher station
Tap Share HDMI for all displays you'd like to mirror.
To end sharing, tap Stop Sharing HDMI for that display. (same button, it changes contextually)
TO AIR SHARE
Tap Share Air Media on the display you want to connect to from the Crestron.
Directions will pop up on that TV, follow to connect!
To end sharing, tap Stop Sharing Air Media on the Crestron for that display. (same button, it changes contextually)
CAMERA CONTROL
To select camera view, tap Camera Control to open the control panel. We've pre-programmed a few presets:
CAMERA 1 - TEACHER
Preset 1 - Teacher - zoom in
Preset 2 - Teacher - Full Room View
CAMERA 2 - AUDIENCE
Preset 1 - Full Room View

To exit Camera Control, tap the X on the top right corner of the camera window.
NOTE: If you are using a laptop, you will need to use the USB Cable that's plugged into the splitter on the back of the Teacher iMac. We are waiting to hear if we can add a second USB cable to pair with the laptop HDMI cable, as we'd prefer not to have to move the cables back and forth.
WARNINGS
The Done button will shut down the system! ONLY press this button if you are done for the day.
PLEASE do not unplug the cables from the controllers under the Teacher station!
PLEASE do not mess with the control box in the back corner of the room!
TROUBLESHOOTING
Confirm your Audio settings:
System Preferences / Sound / Output: Crestron
System Preferences / Sound / Input: Extron MediaPort200
These settings should be set by default, but check here first if audio is not work and the volume is turned up/on.
