How to reset the generic Epson and Canon ICC Profiles

Authors list

The workstations in the K-Labs (GAN-4060 and GAN-4090) should each have a set of generic ICC paper profiles for both Canon and Epson machines. If for some reason the ICC profile for the specific printer is missing please take the following steps.

  1. Launch RIT Self Service ( The Tiger Icon)

  2.  On the homepage you will see three options.

    1. Install Print studio Pro

    2. Printer Reset Canon

    3.  Printer Reset Epson

  3. Select and reset the printer that corresponds to the machine that you’re working on.

  4. Restart Photoshop.

  5. You should now see the generic Canon or Epson ICC Profiles as options.

NOTE:
If you are using the RIT Digital Den Photo Luster 255gsm paper, they say that it handles similarly to Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper.
