CADTech Helpdesk hours during the semester:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 10:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: CLOSED (temporarily)
Sunday: CLOSED

This site is open 24-7, and we will respond to tickets filed outside of the above hours as quickly as we can during business hours.

You can also contact CADTech during business hours at 585-475-7771.
We do recommend that you file a ticket rather than leave a voicemail.
