CADTech Help Desk

The CADTech Helpdesk will be open for limited walkup hours through December 24, 2025 due to limited staffing:

December 22: 8:30am - 5pm
December 23: 8:30am - 1pm
December 24: 8:30am - 1pm

Online support will be available during those days at these times.

December 24: 8:30am - 2pm

RIT will be closed for the holiday break from December 24, 2025 at 2pm until January 4, 2026, reopening on Monday, January 5, 2026. CAD Heldpesk response to tickets during this time will be extremely limited. We will respond to tickets filed outside of these hours as quickly as we can during business hours.
