CADTech Helpdesk hours for Spring 2026 semester:


  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 10:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED

We will respond to tickets filed outside of our posted hours as quickly as we can during business hours.

CADTech offers in-person support during our business hours at our Helpdesk – 7B-1263 – in the Gannett building.

Please note: CADTech Helpdesk is for support requests impacting the CAD computer labs, CAD-provided services, and CAD-managed hardware and software.


For issues with MyCourses, SIS, your RIT email account, department accounts, payroll, procurement, etc, you will need to file a ticket with the RSC at https://help.rit.edu or visit their in-person support located in the USC.
