If 49.4C02 Service Error showing on the screen of a printer, the printer might have problem contacting the server.
What you can do is :
Disconnect the ethernet cable and restart the printer.
Clear the printer queue and do step 1
If you cannot clear the printer queue or you do not have permission to clear the printer queue, contact or submit a ticket to CAD Tech Office.
