Problem Description:
Laptops running Windows 10 have been unable to mirror/display to Samsung TVs used in classrooms.

Solution:
Update your display drivers using the process below and you should be able to once again mirror your laptops to Samsung TV/Displays.

• Go to Device Manager

• Find Display Adapter, click on the arrow to expand

• Right click on the name of your graphics card (will vary by PC)

• Select Update Driver>

• Laptop should update.

• Test and confirm.
