Quit and save any open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint documents
Launch Terminal.app located in the Utilities folder
Type in the following command:
BASH 1. rm ~/Library/Group\ Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User\ Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word/linkCreation.dotm |

Quit out of Terminal.app
