CADTECH Work Availability PDF Form

IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR A CADTECH JOB THROUGH CAREER CONNECT:

You can use this form to fill in your available work schedule for the upcoming semester.

Make sure you:

1) Fill out the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

2) Fill out:

  • Confirm the semester is correct (ex: Spring 2023)

  • Your Full Name and Number of hours you’d like to work (we’ll work to get as close as we can)

  • Any notes in the notes section about your availability

  • Expected Quarter of Graduation at the bottom

  • Click an hours box to turn it green to indicate that you are available during that hour.
    (ex: clicking on the 12:00pm box on Monday means you are available to work from 12-1pm on Mondays)

PLEASE make sure you indicate hours your are WILLING AND AVAILABLE to work!!

We are also asking that everyone indicates at least one morning or Saturday shift of availability. You may not be scheduled for it, but it helps make sure that no one person has to work every single morning shift.

3) Save the file with your LASTNAME appended to the file name! (ex: CAD2022_WorkAvailability_Smith.pdf)

4) Email the PDF to mgrscad@rit.edu and erich.lehman@rit.edu with subject: (Yourlastname) (the semester) Work Availability. (EX: Smith Fall2022-1 Work Availabilty )

You can also include any notes in your email, but we highly suggest that you include them directly in the notes area on the PDF as well.


IF YOU ARE A BRAND NEW APPLICANT

If you have not applied through RIT’s Career Connect and are applying directly to us, follow the directions above but ALSO please make sure you also include a resumé and short cover letter.

Please include your last name in those filenames as well (EX: Smith_Fall2022-1_resume.pdf)
