CADTech Help Desk

The physical CADTech Helpdesk will be closed during the University holiday from 5:00pm on Monday 12/23/24 and will reopen for limited break week hours on January 2, 2024 at 9am.

Our breakweek Helpdesk hours will be 9:00am - 5:00pm through January 10, 2024.
We will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 13, 2025.

If you have an issue, please submit a ticket and we will follow up upon our return in January 2025.

January 2 - 10, 2025
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 10:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED

We will respond to tickets filed outside of these hours as quickly as we can during business hours.
